Chicken breasts. The average American eats chicken around 10 times a month, on average. Only once or twice a month do they reach for dark thigh meat.
For some, it's the day you first realized you had them, or the day you bought your first bra, not to be overshadowed by the day you realized you were wearing the wrong size, like basically every other brassiere-wearer out thereaccording to bra experts. For others, the most significant moment was the day you experienced what it feels like to nurse a baby for the very first time or the day you looked down and decided to love your pair exactly as they are. Maybe it's the day you found out you had breast cancer, or the day you were declared breast-cancer-free.
Breast pain mastalgia — a common complaint among women — can include breast tenderness, sharp burning pain or tightness in your breast tissue. The pain may be constant or it may occur only occasionally. Postmenopausal women sometimes have breast pain, but breast pain is more common in younger women who haven't completed menopause.
Breast development happens in certain stages during a woman's life: first before birth, again at puberty, and later during the childbearing years. This starts with a thickening in the chest area called the mammary ridge or milk line. By the time a baby girl is born, nipples and the beginnings of the milk-duct system have formed.
In most cases, breast pain is a by-product of reproductive life: Like breast swelling, it waxes and wanes during the menstrual cycle, and it's one of the first symptoms of pregnancy. Many women expect breast pain to go away after menopause. When it doesn't, they may fear they have breast cancer.
Normal breast tissue often feels nodular lumpy and varies in consistency from woman to woman. Even within each individual woman, the texture of breast tissue varies at different times in her menstrual cycle, and from time to time during her life. Understanding the normal anatomy of the breast will help you to become familiar with the normal feel of your own breast, and to gain confidence in your ability to do BSE correctly; you will be able to distinguish between suspicious new lumps and ordinary breast tissue that sometimes feels lumpy.
Women and men both have breasts, but women have more breast tissue than men. The breasts contain mammary glands. Only the mammary glands in women can make milk to feed a baby.

There are some circumstances where you might be able to get breast enlargement on the NHS — for example, if you have very uneven breasts or no breasts.
